Important information about processing times for PPORA Memberships

Please note that the time taken to process your 2017 – 2018 PPORA Membership may vary depending on your purchase method.

Current processing times are as follows:

  • All Memberships via our website are currently being processed (and membership cards sent) within 3 working days of the purchase – please allow a few additional days for these to reach you via the post. Please note that  that this processing time DOES NOT affect eligibility for PPORA Races – eligibility is in place from the time the payment is received
  • Owner Memberships purchased at Online Entry are also currently being processed (and membership cards sent) within 3 working days of the close of entries.  Please note that  that this processing time DOES NOT affect eligibility for PPORA Races – owners are eligible from the time the Entry and PPORA Membership purchase are  completed online
  • Owner Memberships purchased via a Hunter Certificate do take longer to process please allow up to a month to receive your Membership Card.   Please note  that this processing time DOES NOT affect eligibility for PPORA Races – owners are eligible from the date of the Hunter Cert registration
  • Rider Memberships purchased via an RQC take a little longer as we receive details of these at the end of each week – your membership card should reach you within 2 weeks of submitting your RQC.  Please note that this processing time DOES NOT affect eligibility for PPORA races riders are eligible from the date of the RQC issue
