Booking for the  2018 PPORA Grassroots Awards Lunch will open is now open and will close at Midday on Friday 25th May

Tickets cost £70 and can be bought using the Booking Panel at the bottom of this page –  this will show you realtime  availability and  is the quickest and easiest way to buy your tickets

We’ve also put together some FAQs to provide more information about the  event, tickets and booking process please read these before buying your ticket(s):

1)  What is the venue, date and time for the 2018 PPORA Grassroots Awards Lunch?  The lunch will take place at Stratford Racecourse on Friday June 8th, commencing with a Drinks Reception at 1.30 p.m

2) What is included in the price of the ticket?  Your ticket includes admission to the 2018 PPORA Grassroots Awards Lunch, a Drinks Reception, a Three Course Lunch  (dairy free, vegetarian option available on request) plus a  shared local cheese board and tea/coffeeToast Drink, Tea and Coffee,  and admission to evening racing at Stratford Racecourse 

3) Are drinks included?   Only the drinks described above are included in your ticket price – there will cash bar and table service for all other drinks on the day

4) What are the menu options?  We have a main  menu and a  vegetarian / dairy free (except sharing cheese board) menu.  Unless otherwise requested all  guests will be served the Menu Option 1 however if you would prefer  Option 2 (the vegetarian / dairy free menu)  please contact catherine.smith@ppora.co.uk  or on 07513101659 providing the names of the guest(s) who require(s) this option

Please note that all requests for  Menu 2 must be received by 5pm on Friday 25th May as  unfortunately our to our caterer’s timelines no changes will be possible after this time

5) Can you accommodate special dietary requirements?  Wherever possible our caterers will try to meet any special dietary needs you may have.  Please contact catherine.smith@ppora.co.uk or on 07513 101659 to discuss your requirements and we will speak to our caterers on your behalf.

6 ) Can I pay by card over the phone or by cheque or bank transfer?  Paying on line using the Booking Panel below is the quickest and easiest way to book your tickets and shows you real-time availability.  If you would prefer to pay by bank transfer or cheque please call Catherine on 07513 201659 however please note that you may need to leave a message and we will call you back

Your tickets will not be confirmed until we have spoken to you and agreed /received payment. If you wish to pay by cheque or bank transfer tickets will be reserved pending payment for a maximum of 72 hours and if payment is not received in this time will be automatically released for sale.   Unfortunately we are not able to extend or repeat the reservation period

7) I am not sure how many tickets I need can I reserve some now and decide later? Unfortunately not, demand for tickets is always high and tickets generally sellout ahead of the event, in fairness to everyone tickets are offered on a first come first served basis and with the exception of tickets reserved pending bank transfer or cheque payment (as described above) your tickets are not confirmed until your payment has been received

8) Can I return tickets I have purchased and obtain a refund? Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on tickets that are purchased and subsequently not required or used. Subject to demand and all other tickets being sold we will, on a best efforts basis, offer any unwanted tickets for re-sale, this will be subject to a processing fee of £5 per ticket.  Regrettably we will be unable to offer a refund on tickets will be unable to make a refund for any ticket(s) that is/are not resold.  Please contact Catherine using the details provided above if you would like to add a previously purchased ticket to the returns list

9) How will I receive my tickets? Your tickets will be emailed to you at the email address you enter when submitting your order.   These are your proof of purchase but you will not be required to present them on the day.  If you would prefer us to post you a ticket please select this option when making your purchase – there is an additional cost of £1.50 per order for tickets sent by post

10) How can I get an invoice/ receipt?  Your etickets are your proof of purchase you can print these at home, or select the “Post” option and we will print and send the tickets to you (there is a charge of £1.50 per order for the tickets by post option)

If you require an invoice for your tickets please contact catherine.smith@ppora.co.uk please note the PPORA is not VAT registered and we are unable to issue VAT invoices

11) How will seating/tables be allocated?  Wherever possible we will seat all guests from a booking together.  If you would like to be seated with friends or colleagues who have booked independently please email catherine.smith@ppora the details and we will try to meet your request.  All seating arrangements are on a best efforts basis and subject to availability
