Fence bypassing

In races where a fence is bypassed, for

whatever reason, it will now remain

dolled-off for the rest of the race. Last

season a fence was damaged on the first

circuit at Detling. The field bypassed it on

the second circuit adhering to the signs

displayed but by the time they came

round for the third time the fence had

been repaired and the markers removed.

And Dash failed to jump the fence and was

subsequently disqualified from first place.
